Design

We have made every effort to ensure that the ​website recreates the metropolitan ​atmosphere and great location of the ​apartments. We focused on a clear description ​of services that are not based only on renting ​apartments. Additional services are included ​in other subpages. The reservation system is ​compatible with the old apartment booking ​website that the customer had previously ​used. This proposed solution is an additional ​advantage for the website viewer and ​convenience for the owner.

Construction

The website has modern colors and font. The ​graphics were used to present the location in ​the form of videos and photos of the ​apartments. The structure of the website looks ​very good on both mobile devices and ​computers.

Design

The design is simple and transparent. We ​used the colors green and orange, the colors ​blend together interestingly. Our design also ​includes a logo that blends in beautifully with ​the rest of the website.

Construction

It took us about 21 days to implement the ​website. During this time, apart from the ​design and implementation of the subpages ​themselves, we also prepared a system for ​submitting offers for publication on the ​website. Everything is done automatically, the ​only action necessary to publish the ​advertisement is the acceptance of the ​application by our client.

Design

We designed the website and logo in a simple ​and minimalist style. The website corresponds ​to the colors found in the apartments. Initially, ​we wanted to use mint colors due to the ​company's name, which refers to the color but ​also to the word "mint" in English meaning ​something new and interesting. The straight ​lines in the logo refer to some Mint ​Apartments. Finally, we decided on a darker ​color of green, which is also found in our ​client's apartments and is also associated with ​greater luxury.

C​onstruction

The entire project took us about a month, ​during which time we implemented a search ​engine and an apartment reservation system ​that automatically collects payments and ​accepts the order. Additionally, we designed a ​subpage that is supposed to convert in order ​to attract new investors, so the website had to ​fulfill two functions - to encourage a potential ​customer renting an apartment, and also a ​potential investor who would like to invest ​with Mint Apartments.
